Scottish club Rangers have expressed serious interest in signing 24-year-old Moroccan-Dutch winger Couhaib Driouech, currently under contract with PSV Eindhoven until 2029. Rangers have been tracking the player since summer 2024, when he was at Excelsior and scored 12 goals in 85 matches before joining PSV Eindhoven. Danny Rohl, the former Rangers manager, is also in the race for Driouech’s signature, adding competitive pressure to the transfer pursuit. The £3 million loan-to-buy figure mentioned in February 2025 gives an indication of the price range Rangers might be operating in, with PSV holding significant contractual leverage.
