Hyperliquid Strategies shares climbed 10.99% to $12.83 on Thursday after reporting $305.5 million in net income for the fiscal year ended June 30. The stock added another 3.43% to $13.27 in after-hours trading. The Nasdaq-listed firm finished the period with 29.3 million HYPE tokens and $149.9 million in cash, carrying no debt. Unrealized gains on HYPE reached $709.9 million, partially offset by a one-time loss of $169.2 million and a deferred tax expense of $183.5 million. The company raised $646.6 million through an equity facility and deployed $773.4 million to purchase roughly 16.5 million HYPE at an average price of $46.77.
