Crypto advocacy group Stand With Crypto tallied 222 winners in the House and 19 in the Senate that it considers favorable to the industry. Its unofficial scorecard, updated at 9 a.m. on November 4, covered 384 of 435 House races and 33 of 35 Senate races, with results remaining final only after certification. The group celebrated the victories of CLARITY Act co-sponsors Mark Messmer and Riley Moore, as well as Eugene Vindman and Janelle Stelson, who backed the bill or the GENIUS Act. These tallies do not establish a coalition ready to pass CLARITY or provide an adoption timetable, and disagreements over banking risks, stablecoin rewards and customer protections remain unresolved.
