Tether announced 15 integration commitments for its Mining Development Kit, an open-source framework designed to connect mining hardware, pools, and applications. In the v0.11 reference version, the QVAC agent pauses device actions until a human provides approval, but each site must determine who is authorized to grant it. The reference interface can reboot a device or change its power mode after verifying the supported modes. Version v0.11 does not enforce caller checks at the Worker level, whereas newer main-branch code requires admitted caller keys unless the allowAll option is enabled. Tether says the announcement provides no participating-fleet capacity, Bitcoin hashrate share, or measured savings, and that the core team retains authority over releases.
