OpenAI now has 20 million weekly active users for its AI agent features, representing about 2% of its one billion active ChatGPT users. Overall revenue run rate increased by 35%, while enterprise revenue surged more than 50%. Co-founder Greg Brockman placed the agent user count between 10 and 20 million users. OpenAI also crossed one billion active users and 2 million business customers as of July 31, 2026.
