Ondo Finance officially launched Ondo Private Markets on October 6, 2026, extending its tokenization strategy to private companies. The platform offers tokenized notes tied to the per-share value of a pre-IPO AI company at liquidity events such as an IPO or acquisition, without granting ownership or voting rights to holders. These securities, tradable 24/7 on secondary markets, are available only to non-US investors in permitted jurisdictions. The group already manages over 3.7 billion dollars in tokenized assets, including US Treasuries and equities, spread across more than one million cumulative holders.
