Ondas Inc. (Nasdaq: ONDS) and Palantir Technologies (Nasdaq: PLTR) announced on October 12, 2026 the creation of Regna AI, a company wholly owned by Ondas at launch, with Palantir providing infrastructure and engineering support without taking an ownership stake. The new company will train open-weight AI models on each customer’s data, which will then be deployed in customer-controlled environments using Palantir’s AIP, Foundry and Apollo platforms. Ondas will serve as the first customer and plans to use these models to orchestrate missions on edge hardware such as drones and ground vehicles in denied, degraded, intermittent or limited connectivity environments. As of October 7, 2026, Ondas had booked more than 165 million dollars in new orders, bringing total orders since June 30, 2026 above 270 million dollars.
