Nvidia’s venture capital arm NVentures and Sapphire Ventures joined Reactor’s cap table, bringing the San Francisco-based startup’s total funding to 74 million dollars. Reactor, which emerged from stealth in May, develops software to run world models faster and cheaper, alongside a cloud service managing computing capacity. The two co-founders, Alberto Taiuti and Bryce Schmidtchen, previously worked on Apple’s Vision Pro. The startup counts Hollywood studios, advertising platforms and streaming services among its clients, and sees robotics as a major focus area.
