Noetix Robotics, a Beijing-based humanoid robot maker, has confidentially filed for an initial public offering in Hong Kong and is seeking to raise several hundred million dollars. Its listing could take place as early as 2027, after the company raised more than $200 million across nine funding rounds and reached a valuation of about $550 million in a Series B led by Chendao Capital in March 2026. Launched in late 2025, the Bumi sells for around 9,988 yuan, or about $1,400, while production capacity has reached several dozen units per day. Noetix also offers the N2 and E1 robots for research and athletic applications and is targeting education markets in China as well as North America and Europe.
