Nirva Labs raised $33 million to develop a titanium pendant priced at $249, with deliveries scheduled before the end of 2026. Equipped with dual microphones, a motion sensor, and ambient light and ultraviolet detectors, the device records the wearer’s voice and movements to create a personal journal. It offers mood tracking, emotional insights, and relationship analysis, while processing data locally as much as possible to limit the transmission of information to remote servers. The funding, announced on October 22, 2026, follows an $8 million seed round in July led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and South Park Commons.
