New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing prediction platform Polymarket for operating an unlicensed gambling business. She asks a Manhattan court to ban the platform from the state and recover three times its gains. A fine of $100,000 is also sought for each sports contract offered. Polymarket is a CFTC-designated platform.
