NEAR AI released IronClaw 1.2 on August 13, its second major update in under three weeks. This open-source Agent OS framework now enables entire teams to share conversations across Slack and Telegram while maintaining individual security controls. The update introduces Slack channel history integration, allowing agents to access the last 30 messages or full threads as context. IronClaw 1.2 also replaces manual allowlists with presence-based admission, letting bots automatically enter channels where team members are active. The framework maintains its Rust-based security architecture with individual identity protections and supports deployment locally or on NEAR AI Cloud.
