Navitas Semiconductor has agreed to acquire Claros Inc. for up to $232.8 million, with approximately $216 million payable at closing through a combination of cash and shares, and the remainder tied to performance milestones over two years. The deal is expected to close before the end of 2026, pending customary regulatory approvals. Post-integration, Navitas projects its serviceable addressable market will exceed $8 billion by 2030, with at least $3.5 billion expected from Claros’ voltage power delivery and integrated voltage regulator technologies. These technologies manage the final stage of power conversion before electricity reaches AI processors.
