NANO Nuclear Energy and Tillman Global Holdings have signed a strategic framework agreement aimed at deploying over 2 gigawatts of nuclear microreactor capacity by the mid-2030s, with a target of 6 GW by 2040. The KRONOS MMR reactor, rated at 15 megawatts electric, has been designated as the preferred nuclear solution for Tillman’s future AI data center campuses across the United States. The financial structure includes equity incentives of up to 100 million dollars tied to binding purchase commitments, along with an initial 5 million dollar restricted stock grant. The agreement remains non-binding and the reactors have not yet received construction permits from the NRC.
