On October 15, 2026, N3XT, a full-reserve narrow bank based in Wyoming, joined Clear Markets’ Collateralizer network as a custodian for US dollar deposits. This integration enables institutions to use their dollar holdings at N3XT as collateral for continuous derivatives trading on CMSEF, the swap execution facility registered with the CFTC since 2016. Clear Markets provides the collateral management technology while N3XT handles custody and programmable payments, with neither entity directly holding client funds within the other’s system. Founded by former Signature Bank executives and launched on December 4, 2025, N3XT operates under a full-reserve model requiring 100% backing without FDIC insurance. The bank has also launched the N3XT Digital Dollar, a tokenized version of its US dollar deposits combining blockchain speed with traditional bank accounting.
