Meta launched its AI agent Muse on September 8, 2026. The app recorded between 2.5 and 3.4 million downloads in two weeks, then surpassed 6.6 million downloads by early October with 1.8 million daily active users, according to Sensor Tower data. Muse differentiates itself through operational capabilities: sending emails, booking travel, filling out forms and making online purchases. The tool is available in the United States via iOS, Android, muse.ai and WhatsApp, with subscriptions priced at 20 and 100 dollars per month. Muse runs in a secure environment called Muse Secure VM, which isolates the agent’s activity from the rest of the system.
