Wells Fargo raised its price target on Meta to $1,000 from $796, citing the early success of Muse. Analysts removed roughly $5 billion in expected 2027 revenue as Meta is likely to use its computing power for its own AI agent rather than resell it. The stock surged 27% in September, its best month since November 2022, after the launch of Muse on September 8 and the settlement of youth litigation for up to $18 billion on August 26. Wells Fargo expects third-quarter revenue of approximately $64 billion, up 25% year-over-year, and estimates that Muse’s meaningful contribution to results will only begin in 2028, with earnings per share expected to reach $40.02 that year.
