TWG Global, Mark Walter’s holding company, issued a statement on Tuesday characterizing the investigations against it as « multipronged attacks. » The company declared that « no fraud » had occurred despite ongoing federal criminal and civil investigations. These investigations concern the accounting of related-party financial transactions by two of his insurers, the Group 1001 insurance companies.
