Three former executives from Danish neobank Lunar have raised 8.2 million euros in pre-seed funding to launch Repodo, a startup aiming to automate tedious audit tasks using artificial intelligence. The funding round was led by Hedosophia and Seed Capital, both previous Lunar investors. The global audit market is valued at approximately 80 billion euros, with Europe accounting for around 74 billion euros. Repodo is initially targeting small and medium-sized enterprises in Denmark before expanding across Europe, following a similar growth strategy to Lunar’s expansion from Denmark into other Nordic markets.
