LiquidAcre, a Texas-based fintech founded in 2021, has partnered with Uphold to manage the infrastructure of its tokenized real estate platform. Uphold will provide trading, custody, KYC and AML compliance frameworks through its Platform-as-a-Service offering. The first visible product of this partnership is the LiquidAcre Wallet, which enables users to buy and sell digital assets with on-ramping and off-ramping to and from traditional bank accounts. The long-term goal is to build a marketplace for tokenized real-world assets, with no launch date scheduled yet. Financial terms of the partnership remain undisclosed.
