Lightfield raises $47M Series A led by a16z to build AI-native CRM

Lightfield, an AI-native customer relationship management platform, has closed a $47 million Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz. Founded by former Meta engineers, the company offers a system that automatically collects data from emails, meetings, and calls, eliminating manual entry. Post-funding valuation stands at roughly $121 million, down from the $300 million peak of their previous product Tome. Since launching publicly in November 2025, Lightfield has signed up more than 5,000 companies and aims to compete with established players like Salesforce and HubSpot.
