XTB offers a Warner Bros Discovery share worth $30.8 to new European clients who register with the CRYPTOAST code before September 30. The media group is being acquired by Paramount Skydance at $31 per share in a deal valued at approximately $110 billion. Approval from US, European, and UK regulators has been secured, with final judicial validation expected within the next two weeks. Once the acquisition is finalized, the share will be delisted and each share will be converted to $31 in cash.
