Shibarium, Shiba Inu’s layer 2 solution, saw its daily transactions drop to 659 in 24 hours, the lowest since September 20, according to Shibariumscan data. The network recorded 5,710 transactions on October 6, before falling to 2,280 on October 15 and then to 659 on October 17. This significant decline in network activity coexists with several technical developments: CreateX, Safe v1.4.1 and x402 are now live on Shibarium. Shiba Inu nevertheless added 2,495 holders during October, bringing the total to several million. At the time of writing, SHIB was down 2.98% in 24 hours at $0.00000488 and down 10.13% over the week.
