Jim Cramer believes Boeing and GE Vernova offer buying opportunities after their recent declines, while maintaining about 15% in cash because of uncertainty surrounding interest rates, the midterm elections, and oil. Markets expect the Federal Reserve to hold rates steady, with the probability of a December increase estimated at 78%. Boeing fell 10.7% on Tuesday, mainly because of a free-cash-flow outlook below expectations and a planned slowdown in 737 Max production, but Cramer is betting on its long-term defense potential. GE Vernova reported a strong third quarter, nearly doubled its orders, raised its guidance, and announced the $9 billion acquisition of Trench Group, while doubling its share-repurchase authorization to $20 billion. Cramer says the stock decline is unwarranted given its backlog, improving profitability, and visibility into demand through 2031 and 2032.
