IPX detailed a patent-pending atomic router that combines investor protection, rewards for idle funds, and the graduation of successful projects into liquidity pools. Each project-token purchase is completed in a single transaction: the router collects its fee, allocates the required USDC and $IPX, delivers the project tokens, and returns any unused amount. Raised funds remain secured in a non-custodial smart-contract escrow, with a possible redemption if a fundraising round is cancelled or expires, while production budgets are released in stages after work is verified. Idle USDC earns Coinbase-funded developer rewards, supplemented by trading fees on the protocol-owned IPX/USDC position, to finance the IPX Protocol Vault. When fundraising succeeds, tokens move into a protocol-owned liquidity pool so they can trade on IPX.
