Paul Meeks, managing director and head of technology research at Freedom Capital Markets, believes CoreWeave is an attractive opportunity despite the sharp decline in its shares. The company operates 51 data centers, with approximately 1.5 gigawatts of active capacity and 4.2 gigawatts of contracted power, while its customers include Microsoft, Meta and OpenAI. Meeks forecasts annual revenue rising from approximately $5.1 billion in 2025 to $43.6 billion in 2028, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of about 67% in 2028. His $151 price target implies roughly 181% upside from the current price of $53.77, although high debt and the risk of data center delays or cost overruns remain key concerns.
