Cryptocurrency exchange OKX has raised funds from quantitative hedge fund QRT (Qube Research & Technologies) while maintaining its $25 billion valuation, alongside existing investors Circle, Ripple and SC Ventures. The native OKB token rose approximately 6% to $138. This funding round aims to strengthen the platform’s market infrastructure. Through the joint venture OKXICE with NYSE parent company ICE, OKXIce seeks approval to offer tokenized stocks representing 63 listed US companies, including NVIDIA, Apple and Coca-Cola, under the SEC’s five-year innovation exemption.
