Grayscale has filed with the SEC for a 3-for-1 forward share split on its Zcash ETF (ZCSH). Shareholders of record on September 28 will receive two additional shares per share held, with new shares distributed on September 29 and split-adjusted trading beginning September 30, 2026. The ETF has attracted over $233 million since its August 25 launch, bringing net assets to approximately $890 million. The Zcash token (ZEC) hit an intraday high of $1,521, rising over 2,800% in one year, making the per-share price too high for retail investors.
