Google announced the launch of AI-powered voice features in Gmail, Docs, and Keep at its I/O conference on May 19. These tools, called Gmail Live, Docs Live, and Google Keep Voice, allow users to search their inbox, draft documents, and organize notes entirely by voice, powered by the Gemini AI model. The features will roll out this summer to Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in the United States on Android and iOS, before expanding to Workspace business customers. All two billion free Gmail users will not have access at launch.
