The FBI and the US Department of Justice have seized the domains of QScan and QTRouter, two platforms operated by China state-sponsored hackers. Victims include the Federal Reserve, NASA, and the US Senate. According to court documents, the operators belong to a group called QTFY, employed by the Chinese company Nanjing Xinjiuwei Network Technology Company.
