End of HODL: Co-Founder of Once World’s Largest Bitcoin Mining Pool Moves Millions in Crypto to Binance

Wang Chun, co-founder of F2Pool, has reversed his strategy. After withdrawing approximately 91,945 ETH (about $160 million) and 973 WBTC (about $61 million) to non-custodial wallets and DeFi protocols between May and June, he began moving these assets back to Binance in July. Transfers of 16,800 ETH, 9,800 ETH, and 3,345 ETH were made on July 2, 3, and 27. This massive movement of funds to a centralized platform suggests preparation for selling or the execution of large trading orders, which could exert downward pressure on prices.
