The company projects a total pipeline of approximately 8.4 GW in hyperscale opportunities, with around 2 GW in advanced negotiations targeting signed contracts by the end of 2026. Analysts at 24/7 Wall St. have set a price target of $148.32, representing 12-13% upside from current levels around $130-132. DTE has outlined a $36.5 billion capital investment plan for 2026-2030, with $30 billion earmarked for electric operations. CEO Joi Harris anticipates that an additional 3 GW of capacity could push EPS growth above 8% through 2030.
