Cleaning firm dumps Dogecoin to fund $100M AI pivot amid stock dilution warning

CleanCore issued 275.8 million shares, bringing the total to 502.1 million, a 121.9 percent increase. The offering could add 524.2 million more shares through warrants, pushing the total past one billion. The company sold 463 million DOGE on July 20 for approximately $33.4 million to fund its AI infrastructure segment. Estimated net proceeds of $92 million still fall short of the $500 million in commitments for the Minnesota joint venture. This offering transforms CleanCore’s previously unresolved funding risk into significant shareholder dilution.
