French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and U.K. Prime Minister Andy Burnham will co-chair a Coalition of the Willing meeting on Monday aimed at strengthening support for Ukraine and increasing pressure on Russia. France announced the delivery of additional interceptor missiles to Kyiv, while the United Kingdom authorized defense company MBDA to release classified information on British components of the SCALP long-range missile to support local assembly in Ukraine. This hybrid meeting, which coincides with the 35th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence, follows a Russian drone attack on a crowded shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih that killed at least 16 civilians and injured 128 people. The Kremlin said the United Kingdom is now a participant in the war on Ukraine’s side.
