Capital B, the Bitcoin Treasury Company listed in Paris, will proceed with a 10-for-1 share consolidation starting September 8, in order to exit the penny stock category and attract institutional investors. This operation comes one week after a 7.6 million euro capital raise from Adam Back, co-founder of Blockstream, who subscribed to 13,181,030 new shares accompanied by warrants that could generate up to 49.4 million euros additional over five years. His stake in the company rises to 17.77% and could reach 27.8% if all warrants are exercised. Capital B currently holds approximately 3,145 bitcoins for a cumulative cost of 284.2 million euros, placing it second among Bitcoin treasuries listed in Europe, with the ambition to reach 15,000 BTC by the end of 2027.
