Rhizome marks its 30th anniversary with the exhibition WEBSITES WEBSITES WEBSITES! (WWW!), running September 21–27, 2026 in New York and online. The event celebrates the website itself as artwork, divided into four thematic paths: Anarchy, Abstraction, Poetic Computing, and Ghosts. A benefit on September 23 at Capitale will honor Mohawk artist Skawennati and Art Blocks founder Erick Calderon. Rhizome maintains an archive of over 2,200 born-digital works in its ArtBase, using Emulation-as-a-Service technology to preserve the original experience of works in contemporary browsers.
