Broadcom has committed to backstop up to $42 billion in infrastructure lease agreements for Anthropic. The financing is a private-credit deal led by Apollo Global Management and Blackstone, totaling approximately $35 billion, which was finalized in June 2026. The funds are used to purchase Google-designed Tensor Processing Units (TPUs) that are then leased to Anthropic. Broadcom provides its guarantee on the senior debt tranches, with estimated exposure ranging from $30 billion to $31 billion. Anthropic’s revenue run rate exceeded $30 billion by the end of 2026, up from $9 billion at the end of 2025.
