BNB Chain onboarded 985,000 new stablecoin holders in the week leading to September 28, representing more than half of the combined growth across all top-ten blockchains. The closest competitor, Base, managed only 202,500 new holders. Tether’s USDT drove 845,900 of these new addresses while Circle’s USDC added 390,800, together accounting for approximately 95% of new stablecoin addresses across the top ten chains. BNB Chain overtook Tron in August to claim the title of network with the most stablecoin-holding addresses, sitting at roughly 79.3 to 80 million wallets versus Tron’s 76 million. This growth in holder count contrasts with actual supply flows, which have been directed primarily toward Solana, Ethereum, and Hyperliquid.
