Blockworks released the second batch of B-1 filings under its Token Transparency Framework, bringing the total number of disclosures to 100. The framework now includes 64 B-1 filings (one-time disclosures on token structure) and 36 B-2 filings (periodic financial updates for more mature protocols). The Transparency Alliance, launched in late May 2026, coordinates project participation and establishes standards. Of the 100 disclosures, 70 were filed directly by token issuers and distributed through Blockworks’ network of institutional investors. The framework is designed to be classification-agnostic, meaning it does not attempt to label tokens as securities or commodities.
