Blockstream has launched a consulting business for financial institutions and opened an office in Lugano, Switzerland. The expansion gives banks, asset managers and other institutions direct access to the company’s engineering teams and Bitcoin infrastructure. Blockstream Consulting Services supports clients through the evaluation, design and implementation of Bitcoin-based financial infrastructure, including tokenized asset issuance and confidential settlement. The Lugano office will serve as a hub for European operations, supporting client relationships and strategic partnerships with regional financial and technology companies. Blockstream did not disclose pricing, the office’s headcount or any named clients.
