Bitcoin has hovered around $62,000 to $65,000 for over two months, remaining below the $70,000 threshold. According to the latest Bitfinex Alpha report, two of the three conditions needed for a BTC rally are already in place, including lower expected rates and loose financial conditions. Inflation fell from 3.50% in June to 3.40% in July, and the Federal Reserve is not expected to raise rates in the coming weeks. The third condition, namely capital flowing from equities, tech, and AI markets into the crypto ecosystem, remains unmet, with spot Bitcoin ETF outflows reaching approximately $385 million in one week. If flows turn favorable, BTC could reach or surpass $70,000; otherwise, it could drop toward the $57,000 support level.
