Bitcoin supplies on trading platforms have officially returned to normal levels following a period of shortage. According to Santiment’s on-chain data, investors repatriated 84% of previously withdrawn coins to liquid exchange wallets during the first three weeks of August, while Bitcoin’s price consolidated around $63,500. Exchange reserves, which had declined by 33,000 coins (2.5%) between June 12 and July 28, recovered to 1.332 million BTC by August 16, just 5,200 coins below the June peak. This renewed liquidity on platforms benefits short-term sellers, as retail traders have built a safety cushion for profit-taking or emergency sales.
