The operation will enable Capital B to acquire 376 additional BTC, bringing its holdings from 3,145 to 3,521 BTC at an average acquisition price of 90,352 euros per bitcoin. Adam Back’s stake will increase from 14.82% to 17.77%, with potential dilution reaching 27.80% if all new share warrants are fully exercised. The French firm, positioning itself as a Bitcoin Treasury Company modeled after Strategy, aims to maximize the number of bitcoins per share. Settlement is expected on September 3, 2026, accompanied by a 10-for-1 share consolidation.
