Binance will impose stricter restrictions on international cryptocurrency transfers for Brazilian users starting November 1. These new measures, driven by Brazil’s Resolution BCB No. 521/2025, will require users to provide details about the intent of their transfers and the identity of the beneficiary. Withdrawals will be blocked and incoming transfers could be frozen if the required data is not submitted. Binance will transmit the collected data to the Central Bank of Brazil on a monthly basis. This regulation applies only to international transfers, not to transactions between Brazilian residents.
