Aptos has launched Confidential APT on its mainnet, an optional privacy feature allowing users to hide token balances and transaction amounts while keeping sender and receiver addresses visible on the blockchain. The solution uses zero-knowledge proofs to verify private transaction validity without revealing underlying figures. Primarily targeting enterprise use cases such as payroll, treasury operations, and B2B payments, the feature remains optional. Despite this advancement for the institutional segment, APT’s price has failed to break above the $0.58 resistance level, with technical indicators showing weak buying pressure.
