Applied Digital (APLD) shares rose roughly 5% intraday after the company brought another 75 MW online at its Polaris Forge 1 AI campus in Ellendale, North Dakota. This expansion lifts the site’s operational capacity to 250 MW, with three 25 MW data halls now live. The campus, designed to eventually reach 400 MW, is fully leased under long-term agreements with CoreWeave as the anchor customer. Applied Digital now holds approximately 1.41 GW of contracted critical IT load across five AI Factory campuses, representing roughly $36.2 billion in base-term revenue over initial 15-year leases. The company is scheduled to report fiscal Q1 2027 results on October 7, 2026.
