Anthropic, an artificial intelligence company known for its Claude model family, is considering filing a Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as early as Friday. The company confidentially submitted a draft of the document in June. Its latest private valuation was reported at $965 billion, while market speculation points to a public valuation of as much as $2 trillion. A public filing would not guarantee the completion of the IPO or establish a listing date.
