Anthropic has filed an IPO prospectus revealing an innovative governance structure in which seven co-founders, including CEO Dario Amodei, will control 50.1% of voting rights through a single Class F share via a new entity called the “Founder LLC”. This arrangement is designed to serve the common good while insulating leaders from market forces. Dario Amodei received nearly $18 million in compensation in 2025, while President Daniela Amodei earned $16.4 million. The seven co-founders have pledged to dedicate 80% of their personal equity to charitable causes. The company already operates as a Public Benefit Corporation under Delaware law, allowing leaders to balance investor interests with broader human welfare.
