According to analytics firm Glassnode, altcoin spot volumes now represent nearly four times those of Bitcoin, a ratio unseen since September 2025. The CoinMarketCap Altcoin Season Index has reached 64 out of 100, up from 45 a week earlier. Glassnode warns that increased demand for risk has often coincided with local BTC tops. Bitcoin trades around $84,000, after setting a record high of $126,195 in October 2025. Chainlink has gained over 35% over the past month.
