Agility Robotics, an Oregon-based humanoid robot maker, announced on June 24, 2026 its merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI, a SPAC, to list on the Nasdaq. The company is valued at $2.5 billion pre-money and expects over $620 million in gross proceeds, including $421 million from the SPAC’s trust and $200 million from a Foxconn-led PIPE. The transaction, subject to regulatory approval and shareholder vote, targets a Q4 2026 close under the ticker AGLT. In 2025, Agility generated $1.8 million in revenue against an operating loss of $140 million, but has secured over $300 million in orders for its Digit v5 robots, including a three-year contract for 1,000 units.
